As a Customer of Bishops, we want you to know that you have the right to expect that every job will be a quality job and that we expect to be judged by our performance.
We guarantee that any aspect of workmanship which does not meet with your total satisfaction will be promptly and efficiently dealt with under the guidance of a Director of the Company.
 
Your Guarantee of Price
Any contract price we agree with you will be the final price - subject only to contract or specification variations. Furthermore we undertake to get your agreement to any additional expenditures prior to commencing such work.
You will not be expected to make final payment for any job until it is completed to your satisfaction.
 
Your Guarantee of Faults/Service Response Time
We guarantee to be available for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
For any safety or loss of 'production' job we undertake to stay 'on the job' until the issue is resolved.
Furthermore if we then don't arrive when we say, we undertake to credit your Account with the equivalent of the overdue labour time involved.
