Machinery

Upgrading and Automating Process Machinery will only enhance any manufacturing operation, with the electrical equipment available i.e. Variable Speed Controllers, PLC’s – Programmable Logic Controllers, giving more accurate control than has ever been possible. We have recently completed Upgrades on the following machines:

Machine Safety

Bishops Ltd are experts at machinery safety implementation. We employ engineers with internationally recognised TÜV Nord CMSE (Certified Machinery Safety Expert) qualifications, who are experienced in achieving compliance with AS/NZS 4024. These engineers and technicians work with the initial Risk Assessment and can take the design right through to final Commissioning and Validation, and every step in between. Leaving you with complete Documentation, and a compliant machine.
